Design Process

KRM’s design process begins with a comprehensive discussion to identify the client’s needs and individual style. They then work on space planning, design boards, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and furniture. If trades are involved, KRM will set up appointments for them to review the space and get measurements and photographs. Once the final design plan is approved, KRM sets the final budget and begins the purchasing and procurement phase. They manage each vendor and ensure every single piece is purchased, constructed, shipped, and delivered in perfect condition to a receiving warehouse.
